Job description
As an E-beam Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining the e-beam machine used in the curing process of wires and cables. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Role Responsibility :

Set up and operate e beam machine
Maintain machinery and keep it running efficiently
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
Monitor the output of materials and adjust settings to ensure quality
Perform routine inspections and log results
Ensure safety protocols are followed
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Ability to operate ebeam machines
Ability to follow safety protocols
Ability to accurately measure and record data
Knowledge of rewinding machine defects and action to control defects
Work according to the instruction of RSO
Knowledge of little bit about the wire and cable quality
Knowledge of maintenance of e beam machine.

Certifications Required: BARC Certificate for Gamma and Electron Beams

Note – Prior experience in the cable industry, especially with e-beam machines, is highly preferred.
